2. Changing Bank Account Information
- Do not click "Withdraw" if you need to change your Bank Account or Digital wallet Address.
3. Withdrawal Confirmation
- All system and company emails will be sent to your registered email. Withdrawals are processed to your saved wallet address as indicated in your Oasis Mktg. Group account profile.
4. Liability Disclaimer
- The company is not liable for lost or delayed bonuses due to incorrect Bank Account or Digital Wallet Address.
5. Withdrawal Issues
- If you're uncertain about your Bank Account/Digital wallet Address but have already clicked "Withdraw," do not confirm the withdrawal in the system email. Instead, create a ticket in your Back Office to resolve the issue or send your concern to [email protected].
6. Withdrawal Request Timing
- Withdrawal requests are OPEN every Monday from 12 am to 12 pm PST. Processing occurs the following Monday, with payouts released 3-7 days after processing.
7. Weekly Withdrawal Limits
- The maximum withdrawal amount per week is based on your RANK Status:

8. Incorrect Withdrawal Amounts
- The company is not liable for late payout of bonuses due to incorrect withdrawal amounts.
9. Cash Wallet Selection
- Choose one Cash Wallet (CW) per withdrawal, such as Network Wallet, Special Bonus Wallet, Staking Wallet, or E-mall Wallet.
10. Changing Email or E-Wallet
- Changing your email or E-wallet will require an OTP. The system will send the OTP email to your old email address.
